Dear Mr. Kennedy,
Queensbury Diner, LLC is the owner in fee (Deed 43681183)of the property located at
518 Aviation Road,Queensbury,New York (SBL; 302.05-1--97). We operate the Ambrosia
Diner at this location.
We are writing this letter in support of Aviation Hospitality, LLC which is seeking
municipal approvals to construct a 92 room, 4 story, Hornet branded hotel on the site of the
former Howard Johnson's Motel behind (just east) of our property. We understand that in order
for the new hotel to be constructed, Aviation Hospitality, LLC must construct an access roadway
within an easement over the property ofPCGF Newco, L.L.C. (4134/236) running along the
northern boundary of our property to Aviation Road. In order to accomplish this, Aviation
Hospitality proposes to reconfigure the traffic flow to our property in the fashion shown on the
three pages of plans prepared by Bohler Engineering that accompany this letter. We are in favor
of the realignment of the traffic flow into our property as shown on the Conceptual Road Layout
Render. We feel that this will be an improvement of the conditions that now exit.
