The Zoning Soard of Appeals of the Tawe of Queensbury has received an application From Michael Vurdign. Applicant
proposes construction of a 1,360 sq. ft. single-family dwelling including parch/deck. belief requested from
minimum yard setback requirements for Rpt-3A zoning district.

A public hearing vas advertised and held orl Wedngday,Qctobcr 2S.2U1S;
[upon review of the appiication materials, information supplied during the public hearing, and upon consideration of the
criteria specified in Section 179-14-080(A) of the Queensbury Town Code and Chapter 267 of NYS Town Law and after
disoussion and deliberation,we find as follows.-
L There is not an undesirable change in the character of the neighborhood nor a detriment to nearby properties.
2. Feasible alternatives Dave been considered by the Board. There are some ahematives to moving the location of the
home, however the applicant lies explained why Ire hes chosen to put the house where he has, maintaining buffers and
privacy,and those have been considered by the Board.
