The proposed project furthers or is consistent with the policies of the Town's Comprehensive Plan. The proposed repainting of the store is consistent with the policies of the Town's Comprehensive Plan. B. The proposed project complies with all other requirements of this Chapter,including the site plan review standards as set forth in Paragraph F of this section,the dimensional, bully and density regulations of the zoning,district in which it is proposed to be located (Article 3 and Table 1),the applicable requirements of all other Articles that apply.
