In fact, we received a ZBA approval on August 23rd and were avraiting our appearance before the PB on September 1911, Since then, the applicant has become aware that the dimension of the proposed additlon should have been 16' x 16' instead of the 145 x 16' applied for previously, While this 15 won't change the setback previously approved (50') Craig Brown felt the applications should go back to the Boards because of this change. The applicant sincerely regrets any Inconvenience this causes the Boards but she felt very strongly that the dimensions of the addition were correct for her future use. As a result, submitted for yow distribution and review are 15 sets of the applicable Area Variance and Site Plan Review application documents for the referenced project located off of Rt. 9L. The subject property consists of a lawful nonconforming single-family residence (shoreline setback). The proposed project involves an approximate 256 sf expansion of the residence. We will be seeking ars area variance for the expansion of the lawful, nnnconforming residence which will result in a shoreline setback of 0' (75' required). Note that the shoreline setback for the existing structure is 33'. All required application documents including site plans, architectural plans, AV application, deed, survey and application fee have been compiled in the AV package.
