The initial survey and sampling was conducted on June 1, 2017. The follow up survey re-inspection was conducted on June 15;2017 to confirm the removal of previously identified ACM by the homeowner, prior to demolition of the structure. Inspection Results The initial survey identified asbestos containing building materials in approximately 120 linear feet of window glazing on eight wooden framed windows installed on the porch at the front of the structure,and approximately 60 square feet of asphalt shingles installed on accessory roofs over small additions on the western side of the structure. An asbestos survey letter report dated June 7, 2017 describes the initial pre-demolition ACM survey and laboratory analytical results. No Suspect ACM materials were identified associated with the structure at the time of the re-inspection on June 15, 2017. The asbestos containing window glazing and asphalt shingles were removed by the homeowner prior to the follow up inspection on June 15, 2017. No suspect ACM remained associated with the structure on June 15, 2017. Conclusions Upon removal of previously identified ACM by the homeowner, no suspect ACM is present at the residential dwelling to be demolished at 129 Eagan Road in the Town of Queensbury, Saratoga County,New York(Tax ID:315.8-1-8).NYS Code Rule 56 regulations do not apply to owner occupied single family dwellings where the owner performs the work.
