1. It appears,that the merger of the two Boat,N RV lots has not yet occurred. Theownier has has committed to takiingi care of this
matter ASAP.
2. A rough sketch of how UPS utilizes the site is attached, Incoming trucks back up to a trailer mounted conveyor and sorting table
wbere they unload their packages,. Outgoingi delivery trucks load off the sides of,the coniveyorltirailer as shown. All trucks generally
stay within the gnavM ares-
3.Overflow pool storage is,generally kept Wthin the gravel area, The owner,anticipates,a maximum of 10,to 15 pool$to,be templorady
stored while they await delivery after being sold.

I have few things to,follow up on,this project—
1) There was.suippose to be a lot mierg8r between the parcels but real property sti:ll has not merged them—can you
confirm if the paperwork was filed at the county.
2) A schematic of the UPS operations on the silte will need to be submitted —1 undderstoold there is,a vehicle with a
conveyor belt system but a drawing of the truck and how it loads onto the Lips deliver trucks will be needed
3) Do you know how many overflow pools might be stored on, the site and will they all be in the gravel area or is
there another area of stoiragle?
The packets will be miailed to the board members later this week—cain you forward the updated information b`y October
