Dear Chairman Traver,
The proposed 750 SF garage will be located on the lawn in the rear of the 3.2 acre parcel,
surrounded by trees which should conceal it from the bike path to the west and the neighbors to
the north and south. It will be visible from the rear of the Feltner residence, a couple of hundred
feet distant.
The proposed garage location has been mapped by DEC and is beyond the 50' separation to the
wetlands on the north side of the property, while maintaining an approximate 91' distance from
the bike path. There will be no hard-surfaced driveway to the garage, and with the removal of
the 1800 SF paved"basketball courf', reseeded,the site permeability is at 94.3%, welt above the
required 50%, and a net 1050 SF increase in permeability with the garage.
There will be no domestic water or wastewater service to the proposed garage, only minimal
electric circuits for lighting and maintenance outlets.
It is the intent of the owners to commerce wnstruction early spring 2018 with completion in the
summer 201 S.
