This letter confirms that the applicant, Atlantic British Associates, LLC (the
"Purchaser"), is currently under contract to purchase the property commonly referred to as 1
Native Drive (a/k/a 24 Native Drive), Queensbury,New York, tax parcel no. 308.20-1-9.2 from
New Generation Yarn Corporation. Prior to closing, the Purchaser will assign its interest in the
purchase contract to an entity to be formed by the name of 24 Native Drive LLC. The contract
closing date is November 30, 2017. The parties currently plan on closing on the acquisition of
the property on November 27, 2017. Timothy Barber is authorized to sign the site plan
