Dear John: '
Submitted for your distribution and review are nine sets of a Board of Health wastewater system variance
application for a proposed holding tank to serve a storage building located on Corinth Road. The
proposed use of the building is for the Owner's personal property storage and the expected wastewater
discharge from a code required bathroom will be minimal. As this is an area that may be served by a
municipal sewer district in the future the Owner is requesting the use of a 1000 gallon holding tank to
serve his anticipated needs. The application documents include the following:
