Dear Mr. Hatin:
As requested, Chazen has witnessed onsite soil testing for the above referenced location on October 20,
2017.The purpose of this testing was to investigate subsurface soils conditions for proposed septic
system design.The systems are proposed as new construction.The testing was performed by Thomas
Center Jr of Nace Engineering, P.C.
Three soil tests were performed. One in the general area of each of the two proposed septic fields and a
third to the front of the undeveloped lot.
