The tested number is 2.93 ACH/50 Pascal. The total volume of conditioned space at 14 Ladd Lane. is 29986 cubic feet taking into consideration all conditioned space in the home including the insulated attic and crawl space. The cubic feet per minute @ 50 Pascal was 1464 CFM/50. The height 'correction factor for New York State is 19 for a one story building, as such the tested home @ 14 Ladd Lane has the natural rate of air exchange of 0.1541 air changes per hour/natural or 77 cfm natural infiltration credit based on the blower door test. ❖ In the latest(2013)version of ASHRAE 62.2,high-performance homes need to be ventilated at 7.5 cfm per bedroom+ 1,plus 3 cfiii per 100 square feet. That means for 3+1 bedrooms it would need 2200 sq ft/100 times 3 cfm=66 cfm+30 cfm or 96 cfiii. U01 This means the HRVs should combine for a minimum of 20 cfm.
