RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WATER DEPARTMENT LABORER
ALBERT SCHIERLOH TO CARRY OVER UNUSED VACATION TIME

WHEREAS, Town of Queensbury's Water Superintendent has advised that Albert Schierloh, a
Laborer in the Water Department, has accumulated five (5) vacation days that he was unable to use
before December 31St, 2017 and therefore has requested Town Board approval to carry over such
vacation days beyond December 31St, 2017, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve such request with the understanding that such
approval shall not be considered as a precedent for approval of any future requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Water Department Laborer
Albert Schierloh to carry over five(5)vacation days beyond December 31St, 2017, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Water
Superintendent and/or Town Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
