At the request of Anthony Volino an asbestos inspection was performed on a
detached garage at 650 Glen St. in Queensbury, NY.
Suspected Asbestos containing materials were removed and sent out for sampling.
These areas were removed from the roof(shingle material) and fiber board which
appeared to be ceiling covering prior to garage collapse .

While due diligence was used during the inspection of the property, the building
condition and weather elements may have impeded certain visual elements of the
inspection.
-ANY OCCUPANTS SHOULD BE FURNISHED WITH A COPY OF THE ASBESTOS AUDIT
REPORT AND HAVE THE REPORT READILY AVAILABLE FOR TRADES PEOPLE ENGAGED
TO CARRY OUT REPAIRS/ALTERATIONS OF THE PROPERTY. ANY RENOVATIONS/
