Attached please find a copy of the Manual J, Manual S, along with the drawings for purposes of room description as it relates to the attached reports. By the way I have also entered the amount of baseboard the rooms would require on the Manual J report as you requested during our conversation. Keep in mind there are 2 different baseboard styles high profile and low profile. The report shows choices for each. This was based on the following: Average Water Temperature would be at around 170 degrees (180 + 160 / 2) & 1 GPM flow through the baseboard. If the contractor changes the temperature settings or GPM, than the amount of baseboard would need to be adjusted as well. Below is the chart for your HRV Requirements which your structure would need 60 CFM continuous run. If you choose to run it intermittent than the chart below depicts how many CFM the HRV would require set on the interval you or your contractor choose to set it. Remember the Building Department requires that you bring a specification sheet of the HRV you choose to purchase for this job, in order that it meets the cfm listed below. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call. If you need any other services, please don't hesitate to call. Keep in mind that we also design & build custom ductwork! Have a Great Weekend!
