Development Plans and application to the Town of Queensbury Planning Board for review of the
proposed redevelopment project. The Applicant proposes to redevelop 682 Glen Street with a new retail
facility. Enclosed please find the following materials in support of this application to the Town Planning
Board for Site Plan review:

15, 2017; last revised January 15, 2018.
• Fifteen (15) copies of the "ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey for O'Reilly Auto Enterprises, LLC",
prepared by Control Point Associates, Inc., dated February 22, 2017; last revised December 18,
2017.
• Two (2) copies of the Stormwater Management Report, Dated January 10, 2018.
