It is the applicant's desire to clear the interior of the parcel of vegetation and underbrush, in order to show the parcel for industrial development. The goal is to make the parcel more attractive and marketable for potential commercial/industrial occupants. At this time, there are no plans for any buildings or infrastructure to be constructed upon the parcel.
