LUZERNE HOLDING—LUZERNE STORAGE ADDITION
LUZERNE ROAD STORAGE FACILITY
The owners of Luzerne Storage propose to construct a new 60 ft by 80- ft storage
building, associated parking and new access drive of off West Drive for the storage of
survey vehicles and equipment. The new addition will be constructed to the north of the
existing storage facility but will have a separate entrance from West Drive.
The storage building will be a slab on grade structure with three down cast security lights
located on the exterior of the building. An onsite wastewater system will be constructed
to facilitate4 stei eater from a proposed bathroom in the storage building.
Snow from the proposed parking area will be stored to the south of the parking area and
to the west of the parking area.
The parking area will be utilized for company vehicles including boats, plows, all-terrain
vehicles and pick-up trucks.
The building will be supplied with town water, natural gas and electricity all connected
from.West,, rikp`•.
A 20 ft wide access drive in a 40 ft wide easement will be constructed along the west
property line for access from the Howard parcel to Luzerne Road. The area of the road
across the parcel will be 4,869 sf and the area of the easement across the parcel will be
9,779 sf.
The NYS DEC Notice of Intent will be filed to include the proposed storage building
addition and the access drive in the associated easement.
