Standards :
A. Proposed project is consistent with 2007 comprehensive plan and amendment 2014.
B . Proposed project complies with all requirements, including site plan review standards.
C . Proposed project site plan is private. ( residence)
D. Sewage, a new septic tank system has been approved under a separate permit and meet all
applicable laws required . Storm Water Management is residential in nature and disturbs less
than 1 acre under MCM4 Construction Storm Water Prevention . However, areas disturbed are
close to lake and silt fencing will be used .
E. Proposed use is residential and serves no public services.
F. Proposed use is residential and proposes no change of access or hazards to the public.
G . Propose use is residential and proposes no change of current access or parking.
H . Proposed project proposes no adverse impact upon the natural, wildlife or other. Project has
little impact and small areas disturb will be re-graded and landscape to match the surrounding .
I . Proposed use is residential and serves no public services.
J . Proposed use is residential . Storm water run will be unchanged and have no effect to adjacent
properties.
K. Water supply is unchanged for the proposed residence. A New Septic has been proposed under
a separate permit and approved .
L. Existing and proposed landscape changes proposes minor changes to vegetation . Visual and
noise buffers remain unchanged to adjacent properties.
M . Proposed access to residence is unchanged, and emergency access meets the needs required .
N . Proposed project does not impact ponding, flooding or erosion .
O. Proposed project is minimal and meets the design standards and performance required .
