AND THE GRANTOR COVENANTS as follows:
FIRST: That Grantee shall QUIETLY ENJOY said premises
SECOND: That Grantor will forever WARRANT the title to said premises;
THIRD: That this conveyance is made subject to the trust fund provisions of
section thirteen of the lien law.

SCHEDULE"A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN PLOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Queensbury, County
of Warren, State of New York, said lands to be merged with and become part of said lands now
owned by Kladis,more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly boundary of Mason Road,which point marks the
southeasterly corner of lands now or formerly of Joseph Allen Haraden, II and Barbara T.
Haraden (Book 676, Page 56), and running thence from said point of beginning, South 16
degrees 02' 00" West, along the westerly boundary of Mason Road 120 feet to a point marking
the northeasterly corner of lands now or formerly of William B. and Judy S. Wetherbee (Book
410, Page 36); thence North 81 degrees 34' 40" West along the northerly boundary of said lands
now or formerly of Wetherbee 163.70 feet to a point in the shores of Lake George; thence
running in a generally northerly direction along the shores of Lake George as the same winds and
turns for a distance of 141.5 feet more or less to a point marking the southwesterly corner of the
aforementioned lands of Haraden; thence South 81 degrees 34' 40" East along the southerly
boundary of said lands now or formerly of Haraden, 167.33 feet to the point or place of
beginning, estimated to contain 0.45 acres of land,be the same more or less.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the grantor herein in and to those lands
lying between the easterly boundary of the above described premises and the center of Mason
Road and the westerly boundary of the above described premises and the mean high water mark
of Lake George.
The above described premises are shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Lands to be
conveyed by Kristine K. LaRose, Edward N. & Grace F. Kenney, as Trustees, to Angela M.
Kladis" Town of Queensbury, Warren County, New York, dated April 21, 1995, and made by
Coulter & McCormack, Licensed Land Surveyors of Glens Falls, New York, which map was
filed in the Warren County Clerk's Office on June 30, 1995.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if any, of the party of the first part in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
BEING the same premises described in a deed from Angela M. Kladis to Robert P.
Kladis and Angela M. Kladis, dated March 14, 2008, recorded on May 13, 2008 in the Warren
County Clerk's Office in Book 3549 of Deeds at Page 47.
