We were able to get plays redrafted and have submitted the revised plans to the town. We requested that the date for the next n-Ieeting be changed frons May to April. The Town has put the project on the Agenda for April 18, 2018. The Town required we give you notice of this changed date at which the public hearing will be continued. The new application modifies the project as follows: 1. The height will be con-Ipliant (2696) - the variance request for height is withdrawn. 2. The size of the porch at the back (non-lake side) has been reduced and Floor Area Ratio is compliant—so the variance request is withdrawn. 3. One of the retaining walls has been removed and another shortened with permeable pavers being installed for parking area, this reduced the non-compliance, making this permeable area 69.5% verse 65.6%. 4. This home was moved back 10' making the home 44' back from the shoreline, the deck was enlarged 3' toward the lake making the deck 29' from the lake. 5. This lot is peculiar as the natural shoreline was excavated in the center of the lot by 3-5' and it's fron-I this indentation that the above set backs are calculated. If you ignore the indentation the home is 48' and the deck is 33' setback. Actually the corner of the deck nearest the Burke property has a 49' setback to the lake. The stairs to the deck were also brought to the Burke side of the property this change plus increasing the shoreline set back gives the Burke residence privacy.
