There is no hard surfacingi taking place within 501' of the lake and all the stormwater from the existing hard surfacingis currently unrestricted. All existing and new hard surfacing wilt take place via roof gutters and drain leaders to each trenches which will outfall to vegetated swales outside of the 50' setback from the lake and there will be a drywell structure added to the driveway to control run-off that is generated by the driveway with an over flow of the drywell that will be directed to a vegetated swale, on the west side of the existing building.
