WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Zoning Board of
Appeals (ZBA)in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 120, 2016, the Town Board appointed James Underwood as
an alternate member of the ZBA, and
WHEREAS, a ZBA regular member vacancy currently exists and therefore the Town Board
wishes to appoint Mr. Underwood to serve as a regular member on the ZBA,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints current alternate member
James Underwood to serve as a regular member of the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals until
such term expires on December 31St, 2019.
