OBSOLETE PROPANE TANKS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, in accordance with New York State Town Law §64(2), the Queensbury Town
Board may authorize the disposal of items which are no longer needed by the Town or obsolete, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize the proper disposal of two (2) obsolete
and empty propane tanks (100 pounds each),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the proper disposal of
two (2) empty propane tanks (100 pounds each) that are no longer needed by the Town or obsolete,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor,
Highway Superintendent, Facilities Manager, Town Budget Officer and/or Town Counsel to take
such further actions as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
