SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT GENERATOR/SWITCHGEAR PROJECT
AND ESTABLISHMENT OF CAPITAL PROJECT FUND #212

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to establish a Capital Project that will
provide for the replacement of the existing diesel fuel tank and generator/switchgear with a
natural gas generator and new switchgear at the Hiland Park Pump Station for the Queensbury
Consolidated Sanitary Sewer District (the "Project"), and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to establish a Capital Project Fund related to such
Project and establish and fund the Revenue and Expense Accounts for the Capital Project in a
total amount of$30,000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the Queensbury
Consolidated Sanitary Sewer District Generator/Switchgear Project and authorizes and directs
establishment of Wastewater Generator/Switchgear Capital Project Fund 4212 in the amount of
$30,000 which will establish funding for expenses associated with this Capital Project, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs that funding for such
Capital Project shall be by using $30,000 of unappropriated, undesignated Fund Balance 032-
0000-0909 and transferring such balance to the Capital Project as follows:
• 032-9950-9030 Transfer to Capital Project - $30,000
• 212-0000-55031 Interfund Revenue - $30,000
• 212-8120-2899 Capital Construction - $30,000
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Budget
Officer to amend the Town Budget, make any adjustments, budget amendments, transfers or
prepare any documentation necessary to establish such appropriations and estimated revenues,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to sign
any needed documentation and the Town Supervisor, Wastewater Director and/or Town Budget
Officer to take any and all actions necessary to effectuate all terms of this Resolution.
