WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with run dates of September 9th and September 22' 2016 and payment dates
of August l5t and September 27th, 2016,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of September 9th and September 22' 2016 and payment dates of August 15t and September
27th, 2016 totaling $117.70 and $570,060.03, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
