It is the site of an existing 8,100 s-f.one-story restaurant building(currently Pizzeria Uno)with an associated parking area located in front,behind and on the south side of the structure.The current site plan adds a driveway interconnection and parking on the south side of the existing lot to integrate the existing site with the newly proposed development at 864 NYS Route 9. No modifications to the existing Uno's building are proposed. The site changes will require applications for Site Pian Review and for an Area Variance. The Area Variance is required because plan reduces the green space on the site to 17.3%which will not meet the minimum required(30%)pursuant to the Town Code. The surrounding area is a light commercial setting consisting primarily of retail shopping facilities. The Aviation Mail is nearby.A community cemetery is immediately adjacent to the site and the contaminated area, The area is serviced by public water. Historic product thickness varied to as high as 1.44 feet in thickness. Dissolved levels were as high as 7-10,000 PPB.A public water supply is present throughout the area, several remediation systems have been utilized at the location.
