Dear Craig:
As we discussed the Murrays and the Barbers request a waiver of the survey rcquirement. The
Murrays have a survey of their property prepared by Dolnaid Pigeon and dated Apd1 6, 2018.
This survey places the physical obi ects. on their land- The survey delineates the boundary of the
Barber parcel but does ,not marls their structures.
The Barbers cannot afford to have a survey prepared. The 1WiTays liave asked Donald Pigeon to
marls tlae corners of the Barber's house on their-sur-vey and are awaiting such marking.
Please let us know if this is acceptable to the Town of Quecnsbury.
