WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy for an alternate position exists on the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board interviewed candidates and wishes to appoint Michael
Valentine as such member,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Michael Valentine to serve
as an alternate member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term expires on February 27tH
2024.
Duly adopted this 27th day of February, 2017, by the following vote:
