WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve three (3) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with run dates of February 14th, February 21St and February 23rd, 2017 and
payment dates of February 14th, February 21St, and February 28th, 2017, respectively,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of February 14th, February 21St and February 23rd, 2017 and payment dates of February 14th
February 21St, and February 28th, 2017 totaling $11,666.57, $11,824.84 and $489,278.56,
respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
