WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with a run dates of May 26th and June 1", 2017 and payment dates of May
th and June 6th

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of May 26th and June 15t, 2017 and payment dates of May 26th and June 6th, 2017 totaling
$69,913.86 and $1,353,541.55, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
