FOR RETIREMENT PURPOSES

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 250,2016, the Queensbury Town Board set its Town Officials' standard workday
for retirement purposes and reported days worked to the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System
(NYSLERS), including days worked for its Town Justices, and
WHEREAS, the NYSLERS has advised that the Town Justice Eric Schwenker's Report of Activity(ROA)was not
calculated properly as his ROA should be 21.72 rather than 20.28 as delineated in Resolution No.: 250,2016, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board therefore wishes to amend Resolution No.: 250,2016 to accordingly correct the ROA
for Justice Schwenker,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 250,2016 such that reported days
worked to the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System(NYSLERS)for Town Justice Eric Schwenker, as
set forth on the Justice Schwenker's Report of Activity(ROA), shall be 21.72 as follows:
