WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 202,2017 the Queensbury Town Board approved of the
Town Wastewater Director's purchase of a 2017 Ford F-350 service truck for use by the Town's
Wastewater Department to be paid for from account number: 040-8340-2020, and
WHEREAS, the Town's Budget Officer has advised that such account number was incorrect
in such Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to therefore amend Resolution No. 202,2017
accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 202,2017
such that the account number listed in such Resolution shall be 032-8120-2020, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 202,2017 in all
other respects.
