WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury
Cemetery Commission in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, there is presently a vacancy on the Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Superintendent and Cemetery Commission have recommended that
the Town Board appoint Sara Gordon as a Commissioner to serve a new, three(3)year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Sara Gordon to serve as a
member of the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission with her term to expire June 30th, 2020.
