WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 119,2016, the Town Board appointed John H. Shafer, P.E.,
as an alternate member of the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, a Planning Board regular member vacancy exists and therefore the Town Board
wishes to appoint Mr. Shafer to serve as a regular member on the Planning Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints current alternate member
John H. Shafer, P.E. to serve as a regular member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term
expires on December 31St, 2022.
