WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Town of Queensbury's Legal Assistant, Pamela Hunsinger, has accumulated one
(1) vacation day that she was unable to use before December 31St, 2017 and has therefore requested
Town Board approval to carry over such vacation day beyond December 31St, 2017, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve such request with the understanding that such
approval shall not be considered as a precedent for approval of any future requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Pamela Hunsinger to carry
over one(1)vacation day beyond December 31St, 2017, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or Town
Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
