WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury's Wastewater Director wishes to purchase a 2017 or
newer Electric Vehicle as a replacement vehicle for his Department's 2007 Equinox with 74,000
miles, as will be described in specifications to be prepared by the Wastewater Director and/or
Purchasing Agent, and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to purchase such vehicle through the New York State Office of
General Services Procurement Program(such Program formerly referred to as "State Contract"),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Queensbury
Purchasing Agent to provide the specifications for a 2017 or newer Electric Vehicle to the New York
State Office of General Services Procurement Program, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Purchasing Agent to
open, read aloud and record all bids received and present the bids to the next regular or special Town
Board meeting.
