WARREN COUNTY YOUTH COURT PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to contract with the Council for Prevention,
Inc., for the provision, development and enhancement of the Warren County Youth Court Program for
the year 2018,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Agreement between
the Town and the Council for Prevention, Inc., for the year 2018 with funding for the Agreement not
exceeding the sum of $6,000 in the form substantially presented at this meeting and authorizes and
directs the Town Supervisor to execute the Agreement with funding for the Agreement to be paid for
from the appropriate Town account.
