Pool 8 Greenway North Permit No: 304-2018 PaxMgpNo; .30ZS-1-75 Dear Ms. Patch. I am writing to you in response to my review of your recently submitted pool permit application. I find that an Area Variance will be needed as the proposed location of the pool sloes not meet tho minimum rear setback requirement. Specifically, while your parcel fronts an two streets, the architectural front of the house and the property address is on Greenway North, as sufih the yard directly opposite the architectural front is a rear yard and this is the 20 foot setback that needs to be maintained. I regret any confusion regarding this matter, however, the Town Coda is very specific on this matter and there is,unfortunately, no room for interpretation on my part. This letter serves as the derjial letter for the processing of your variance application. Should you have any questions regarding the above comments, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
