THIS INDENTURE, Made the Y�Cy of August,Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Seven,
Between LORETTA HUDS ON,f/k/a LORETTA BAIL,of RD#4,Corinth Road,Queensbury NY 12804,
party of the first part, and
MICHAEL J. BAIRD, of 414 Corinth Road, Queensbury NY 12804,
party of the second part,

United States,paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Queensbury, County
of Warren and State of New York and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing
at a point on the northerly side of the Glens Falls, Corinth Road, which point also marks the southeasterly comer
of premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by I. Charles Lebowitz, by deed dated January 23, 1946 and
recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office January 30, 1946 in Book 236 of Deeds at page 79; running thence
in a generally northerly direction and along the easterly boundary of the lands conveyed in the aforementioned deed
and along the westerly line of lands now owned by Harold Monroe, 500 feet more or less to the southeasterly corner
of lands heretofore conveyed by the parties of the first part to LeRoy Ball, Sr. by deed dated May 3rd, 1955 and
recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office:May 7th, 1955 in Book 341 of Deeds at page 566; running thence in
a generally westerly direction and along the southerly boundary of the lands conveyed to LeRoy Ball, Sr.
hereinabove referred to, 1.22 feet to,a point;running thence in a generally southerly direction and parallel to the first
mentioned line and along the easterly line of the lands of the parties of the first part and the lands conveyed by the
parties of the first part to LeRoy Ball, Jr. and Eunice Marie Ball, 500 feet more or less to a point in the northerly
side ofthe Glens Falls-Corinth Road; running thence in an easterly direction and along the northerly side of said
road, 122 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning.
Being the same premises described in a warranty deed from Rudolph Lefebvre and Theresa Lefebvre his
wife, to Lester Baird, Jr. and Loretta Baird, his wife, dated March 29, 1966 and recorded in the Warren County
Clerk's Office April 21, 1966 in Book'467 of Deeds at page 405.
Lester Baird, Jr. died a resident of the County of Warren, on August 23, 1985. Loretta Baird and Loretta
Hudson are one in the same.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate of the party of the first part in and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever.
AND said party of the first part covenant as follows:

FIRST, That the party of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises:
SECOND, That said party of the first part will forever warrant the title to said premises.
THIRD, That, in compliance with Sec. 13 of the Lien Law,the grantor will receive the consideration for this
conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose
of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
