BEGINNING at an iron rod marking the southwest corner of a parcel of land conveyed
by Sterling and Virginia Edwards to Virginia Edwards be deed dated November 11,
1969, and recorded in the Warren County Clerkta Office in Hook 515 of Deeds at
page 334, and Erhinh said iron rod is situate at a distance of 200 feet, westerly
of the westerly line of Everts Avenue, running thence from the place of beginning,
North 83 degrees 50 minutes West for a distance of 488 feet to an iron rod set in
the easterly line of lands of the Delaware & Hudson Railroad Corporation, and whi
said iron rod is situate at a distance of 9.75 feet on a courae of North 33
degrees 50 minutes West, measured along said easterly Base from a square stone
marking the division line between the Town of Queensbury, on the north, and the
City of Glens Falls, on the south; thence North 33 degrees 50 minutes West, and
along the easterly line of said railroad corporations lands, for a distance of
174.24 feet to an iron pipe marker; thence in a northeasterly direction, along
the easterly line of lands now or formerly of Duke Concrete Products, Inc. and
along a,.eurvmi-,hay ng a radius of 270 feet, for a distance of 251.56 feet to an
iron pipe marker; thence South 81 degrees 05 minutes East, and along the southerly
line of said lands now or formerly of."Duke Concrete Products, Inc., for a distance
of 565 feet to an iron rod marking the northwest corner of a parcel of land con-
veyed by Ronald N. Jeckel to Jackal Industries, Inc., dated February 2, 1970, and
recorded in said clerk's office in Book 520 of Deeds at page 453, and which said
:iron rod is situate at a distance of 250 feet westerly of the westerly line of
Everts Avenue; thence South 7 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds West, and along the
westerly line of said last mentioned premises, for a distance of 198.86 feet to
a railroad spike set in macadam pave-wit; thence South 83 degrees 50 minutes Last,
along the southerly line of said last mentioned premsisea, for a distance of 49.53
feet to an iron rod marking an angle point in the westerly bmmds of said last
mentioned premises; thence South 7 degrees 10 minutes West, along the westerly
line of said last mentioned premises and along the.westerly line of the aforemen-
tioned premises conveyed to Virginia Edwards, for a distance of 150 feet to the
place of beginning, and containing 4.732 acrea.

Everts Avenue to the easterly line of the above described parcel:

Corporation, by deed dated August 25, 1982, and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Warren, on August 30, 1992, in Book 648 of Deeds at page
462.
