Gentlemen: The recreation Committee of the Town has asked the Cemetery Commission for permission to use one of our trucks for carrying of water hose used for flooding the skating rinks in the Town. They would also like to store the hose in the Pineview Cemetery garage during the remainder of the winter. At our last regular meeting on Jan. 6th. , we discussed the reguest and voted to give our consent for the use of the truck and garage space. YV We feel- that, in- as much as the pick-up truck we would let them use_ is a town owned piece of equipment, the Town Board should also give its consent. We recommend that this action be taken byyour board. After favorable action by your board, we will make the necessary arrangement for keys, etc. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Sidney VanDusen Secretary, Cemetery Comm. Following discussion the Town Board agreed that the permission should be granted.
