RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.: 234, 2018 REGARDING
AUTHORIZING OF LOCAL TOURISM PROMOTION AND CONVENTION
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 234, 2018 the Queensbury Town Board authorized funding to
certain organizations to assist in funding of their various events during 2018 and authorized the Town
Supervisor to execute Local Tourism Promotion and Convention Development Agreements (Agreements)
between the Town and each of the organizations, and
WHEREAS, the chart listed in the Resolution contained a typographical error in that it listed

"2017 Funding Amount"rather than the intended "2018 Funding Amount"and therefore, the Town Board
wishes to amend Resolution No. 234, 2018 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 234, 2018 such
that the chart listed in the Resolution shall read"2018 Funding Amount,"and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 234, 2018 in all
other respects.

RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION

to enter Executive Session in Accordance with Article 7, 105 £ to discuss the medical, financial, credit or
employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment,
employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or
corporation.
