WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 9 of 2010, the Queensbury Town Board established the standard
workday for Town Elected and Appointed Officials at six (6) hours for the New York State and Local
Employees' Retirement System, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to report days worked to the New York State and Local
Employees' Retirement System based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials to
the Town Clerk,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reports the following days worked to the New
York State and Local Employees' Retirement System and authorizes and directs the Town Clerk to take any
actions necessary to effectuate such reporting:
