Queensbury, NY t 2804-5902 February 18, 2011 Joseph Hardin 31 Hardin Drive Queensbury, NY 12804 RE: 31 Bardin Drive Residential Addition Tax Map Parcel No: 310.13-1 Il Dear Mr. Hardin: S 18-76 I -8201 I am writing to you in response to my review of your proposal referenced above and to document our conversations as well as your recent discussions with Keith Oborne from my office. My review of your plans has revealed that the proposed building project will require an Area Variance prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. Specifically, the proposed addition does not meet the minimum side.setback requirement of the Waterfront Residential district. I understand that you are preparing the necessary application materials for .this project. Please note our established submittal deadline and pre-submission meeting requirements when preparing your papers. Should you have any questions n+garding the above comments, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
