As shown on the survey provided by our office, Mr. Stevens is requesting setback relief for a proposed addition on the east side of the existing house. The required side yazd setback for the MDR zone is 25'.~ Mr. Stevens is requesting a setback of 14.6', which is a 10.4' relief. In our opinion, this does not have a significant effect on neighboring houses and properties.
