Upon review of the plans submitted to this office, I find that an Area Variance will be necessary in order for you to construct the desired garage. Specifically, our records indicate that a garage currently exists on the property and the proposed garage would be for a second garage where the Town Code only allows for one such structure. Enclosed please find an Area Variance application for you to complete. Please note our established submittal deadlines when compiling your application materials.
