This project involves the rehabilitation of an existing boathouse and based an advice from dock contractors a modification to the rehab of the piers was suggested. The attached architectural drawings provided a clear indication of the proposed design versus the existing condition. As a result the overall dock. area. will increase from S33 sf to 575 sf arm this boathouse coverage increases from 42S sf to 584 sf. This modification is significant enough that the Zoning Administrator has required new applications to be presented to the Boards. As with the prior application we are requesting waivers for the grading and landscaping plan requirements and note that stormwater management requirements do not apply to this project. Thank you for your consideration of this modification request and. ws look forward to an appearance at an October meeting.
