This will alleviate the hardship caused by the Tower blocking visibility of the primary store sign. The primary store sign is visible predominantly from the parking area, not from the road. The store space is approximately 150 linear feet from the front lot line, thereby eligible for approximately 170 sq ft of signage. The total square feet of the primary store sign (75 sq ft) and the requested Tower sign (40 sq ft) is 115 Sq Ft, well below the maximum allowable for the space in total. I appreciate you consideration of this variance request. Sincerely, ~~ David J. Kenny Owner 1454 State Route 9 • Lake George, NY • 12845 • (518) 793-2161 1 ~ ~ ~ LL T .` i 1 _I I 1 `. . O ..
