Carried unanimously. The report of the Police Department for the month of November, 1967 was received and placed on file. REPORT TO THE TOWN BOARD REGARDING UNPAID RENTS IN THE SEVERAL WATER DISTRICTS FOR THE PERIOD 11-1-1966 to 10-31-1967 i Following is a report of unpaid water rents in the several water districts of the Town of Queensbury for the period beginning 11/1/1966 and ending 10/31/67. These unpaid water rents have been filed in the office of the Town Clerk and the unpaid items have been returned to be relayed on the 1968 Town Tax bills and Assessment Roll. RESOLUTION FOR THE COLLECTION OF WATER RENTS FOR THE COLLECTION PERIOD BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1. 1967 RESOLUTION NO. 254, Introduced by Mr. Turner, seconded by Mr. Lampson. WHEREAS, Thomas K. Flaherty,. Beaty, Mr. Turner, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Robertson and Mr. Webster Noes - None RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS AND,,CLOSE ACCOUNT RESOLUTION N0, 255, Introduced by Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Turner RESOLVED, that the Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $5,232.04 from the Town Office 'Construction Account to the General Town Fund, thereby closing out the Town Office Building Construction Account. Duly adopted by the following vote: Ayes- Mr. Beaty, Mr. Turner, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Robertson and Mr. Webster. ' Noes - None RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT DEED FOR TOWN HIGHWAY RESOLUTION NO. 256, Introduced by Mr. Beaty, seconded by Mr. Robertson. WHEREAS, Mabel C. Ellsworth has executed and offered a deed for two 50 foot roadways, to convey to the Town for highway purposes, a part of Centennial Drive which lies between Kiley-Lane and 'Haven Lane and a part of Haven Lane which lies between Centennial Drive and Buena Vista Avenue as shown on map of Sections 8 & 10 of Westland Subdivision, and WHEREAS, Bernard J. Codner, Superintendent of Highways, has advised this board that he recommends the acceptance of these roads into the town highway system, and I , , WHEREAS, the water mains have already been installed in a manner satisfactory to the Superintendent of the Queensbury Water District, and WHEREAS, said deed has been approved by County Attorney Albert E. Beswick, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the above described deed be and the same is hereby accepted and approved, and that the Town Clerk is _hereby .authorized and directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the Warren County Clerk' s Office, after which said deed shall be properly filed in the office of the Town Clerk,and be it further RESOLVED, that these new town roads are hereby added ,to the official inventory of town highways, and described as fellows: Road: ­# 299 Description: T.R. #300 N. to T.R. #279 Nana: Centennial Drive Mileage: 0.16 844, Road: : #300 Description: T.R. #299 E. to T.R. 122 Name: Haven Lane Mileage 0.06 Duly adopted by the following vote: Ayes - Mr. Beaty, Mr. Turner, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Robertson and Mr. Webster. Sleight has executed and offered a deed for two 50 foot roadways, to convey all of Midnight Drive and all of Poplar Lane as shown on map of Evergreen Development; dated June 18, 1966, and WHEREAS, Bernard J. Codner, Superintendent of Highways; has advised this board that he recommends the acceptance of these roads into the town highway system, and WHEREAS, the water mains have already been installed in a manner satisfactory to the Superintendent of -the Queensbury Water District, and WHEREAS, said deed has been approved by County Attorney Albert E. WHEREAS, Beatrice A. Tisinger, wife of Charles Tisinger„Sr, , Joan C. Russell, formerly Joan C. Tisinger, Charles P. Tisinger, Jr. , and Patricia A-6- Tisinger, his wife, by Charles PI -Tisinger, Sr. , their attorney-in-fact, and Charles P. Tisinger, Sr. , have executed and offered an Indenture for a 50 foot roadway conveying to the town for highway purposes, a part of a proposed street as shown on map of Section II, Woodlawn Park Subdivision, and 345 WHEREAS, Bernard J. Codner, Superintendent of Highways, has advised this board that he recommends the acceptanceof this road into the town highway system, and WHEREAS, the water mains have already been installed in a manner satisfactory to the Superintendent of the Queensbury Water District, and WHEREAS, said Indenture has been approved by County Attorney, Albert E. Beswick, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the above described indenture be and the same is hereby accepted and approved, and that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause said indenture to be recorded in the Warren County Clerk' s Office, after which said indenture shall be properly filed in the office of the Town Clerk, and be it further RESOLVED, that this new town road is hereby added to the official inventory of town highways, and described as follows: Road: #303 Description: Tueaaround N & E to T.R. #128 Name: Whippoorwill Road Mileage: 0.14 D4ly,,:*dopbd8 by the following vote: Ades ° .`.N�;�:=SBaatu ; MrLtso -Fr. Robertson and Mr. Webster Nikes - None Superintendent of Highways Bernard J. Codner recommended the acceptance of the deeds for highways from Mabel C. Ellsworth, Henry J. Sleight and Charles P. Tisinger, Sr. , and family, as mentioned in the aforesaid resolutions 256,257 and 258. Thomas K. Flaherty Supertitendent of Queensbury Water District stated that all water mains in these locations have been installed. RESOLUTION NO, 259, Introduced by Mr. Turner, seconded by Mr. Robertson. RESOLVED that, the Audit of Claims as listed in Abstract #67 - 12 numbered #1223 through @1267 inclusive and totaling $4,230.50 is hereby approved.
