We are well suited to provide the services outlined in this proposal and add value to your project for the following reasons: • We have worked with the Town of Queensbury on many successful projects including our work under our general service agreement as Town Engineer. o We understand the needs of the Town include short term salt storage while a master plan for the facility is underway. The salt storage buildings may be utilized in the master plan or may be phased out,and therefore the need to deliver a durable yet low cost solution is critical. • We have identified the concrete structures to be in serviceable condition, while the current roofing systems are unsafe. We have prepared our recommendations for immediate action in an email to the Town dated June 18,2018.We believe in adding value at every opportunity, and hope this email summary was helpful to the Town. • We are local, with offices in both Queensbury and Troy. Thank you for considering us for this important project. We look forward to answering any questions and discussing our qualifications with you in person.
